The sealant comes in a convenient tube, ensuring easy and quick application.

Instructions for applying WaterWeld™ sealant:

Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean the surface of all contaminants, such as grease, oil, paint, or loose particles. Use a cleaner or degreaser to achieve optimal adhesion. Then roughen the surface to ensure better adhesion of the sealant.

Step 2: Cutting the sealant
Remove the sealant from the plastic packaging and cut off the amount needed for your repair.

Step 3: Preparing the compound
Knead the putty thoroughly with your fingers until it reaches a uniform color. Then shape it as needed and prepare it for application.

Step 4: Application and curing
Apply the putty to the prepared surface and shape it as desired. The setting time is approximately 25 minutes; full curing occurs after 60 minutes. The putty will cure to a white color. Avoid moving the repaired object while it is setting. If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the setting and curing times will be extended.

This procedure ensures an effective and durable repair.
