    J.B. Weld is a highly effective two-part epoxy adhesive characterized by exceptional strength and durability, and is known as a cold welding solution. Once cured, it withstands temperatures up to 287 °C, making it the ideal solution for demanding applications where a strong bond is needed without the use of heat.

    Mixing the components.

    Squeeze both components in a 1:1 ratio onto a disposable surface andmix thoroughly until a uniform gray color is achieved.

    Easy to apply.

    Apply the mixed adhesive evenly to the bonding area using a suitable tool. Make sure the adhesive covers the entire joint surface to ensure maximum strength and adhesion.

    Press firmly and secure.

    The mixed adhesive takes 4–6 hours to cure. Full curing occurs after 15–24 hours. This depends on the shape of the joint, the type of material being bonded, the ambient temperature, and the thickness of the applied adhesive.
    Do not move the bonded object for at least 6 hours, and wait at least 15 hours before using the object again!!

    Adhesive properties:

    It features high strength of 5020 PSI ( = 34.61 MPa = 353 kg/cm² ).

    • Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, including aluminum and steel.
    • Suitable for bonding stone, concrete, fiberglass, ceramics, wood, and hard plastics.
    • Resistant to high temperatures, water, oil, chemicals, and acids.
    • Once cured, it can be drilled, cut, sanded, shaped, and finished.

    Application of sealant:

    Surface preparation:

    • Clean the surface of dirt, grease, oil, paint, or loose particles.
    • Use a cleaning agent or degreaser, then roughen the surface with a file or coarse sandpaper for best adhesion.

    Mixing:

    • Squeeze each component in a 1:1 ratio onto a disposable surface.
    • Mix thoroughly with a "mixing stick" until a uniform gray color is achieved.

    Application:

    • Apply the mixed adhesive evenly using a suitable tool.
    • Shape and adjust as needed to cover the surface of the bonded area.

    Curing:

    • Allow the mixture to cure for 4–6 hours. Full curing occurs after 15–24 hours. Do not move the object during curing, and wait at least 15 hours before further use.
