Application:

Surface preparation:

• Clean the surface of dirt, grease, oil, paint, or loose particles.
• Use a cleaner or degreaser, then roughen the surface with a file or coarse sandpaper for best adhesion.

Mixing:

• Squeeze each component in a 1:1 ratio onto a disposable surface.
• Mix thoroughly with a "mixing stick" until a uniform gray color is achieved.

Application:

• Apply the mixed adhesive evenly using a suitable tool.
• Shape and adjust as needed to cover the surface of the bonded area.

Curing:

• The mixture begins to set in 6 minutes.
• Full cure occurs after 4–6 hours. Do not move the bonded object for at least 3 hours, and wait at least 6 hours before machining it.
