Flex The XFE 7-15 150 is an eccentric polisher that delivers a combination of power and precision design for perfect results when polishing a variety of surfaces. With a polishing stroke of 15 mm, it offers sufficient working range for efficient work, while the free running gear ensures hologram-free finishing. Its use is ideal for high temperature sensitive paints as the risk of damage is minimised due to minimal surface heating.

At the heart of the polisher is a powerful 710 W motor which, together with a powerful fan, ensures optimum cooling. Optimised air routing helps to protect the engine and gears from overheating, while the airflow is designed not to interfere with the operator.

The advanced VR seven-speed microprocessor electronics allow the tachogenerator to maintain a constant speed, ensuring smooth start-up and speed preselection. This technology also offers overload protection, temperature monitoring and protection against restarting after a power failure.

The flat gear head lowers the centre of gravity of the polisher, making it easier to guide and safer to work in any position. Minimised vibrations and perfect balance make the polisher very comfortable and reduce fatigue during prolonged use.

Flex The XFE 7-15 150 also features a special Velcro drift plate for polishing and an ergonomically shaped handle cover with SoftGrip for precise guidance and a comfortable grip. In addition, with the rubberised cover surface, the machine can be safely stowed away without scratching the surface.

For greater flexibility and comfort when working, the polisher is equipped with a 4 m long PUR H05-BQF cable, which is wear-resistant and has a high sheath strength. This eccentric polisher is therefore the ideal tool for professionals and enthusiasts looking for a reliable and powerful solution for perfect polishing.
