Practical use: typical applications include flush trimming to a template (radii, curves, repeatable shapes) or trimming overhang after bonding/gluing. The bearing guides the bit along the template, so you cut to a clean, exact dimension.

Material compatibility: wood and panel materials (solid wood, plywood, MDF/particleboard/laminate). Not intended for metals or abrasive construction materials.

Seller’s tip: for template trimming, it’s safer to make more shallow passes. If the cut starts to burn, it often helps to clean resin/glue buildup from the cutters and the bearing.
