ITA DTA.BSR – Diamond Router with Bottom Bearing Z1+1 (D=12.70 mm, Cutting Length=44 mm, Shank Size=12 mm) is a premium diamond tool designed for precise joining and routing of wood-based materials such as particle boards, MDF, HPL, and other composites. The special bottom bearing allows working with a template, significantly expanding the tool's versatility. The tool is equipped with a single solid PCD cutter, distributed into three spiral-arranged cutting edges. The body of the router, made from stainless steel (STAINLESS STEEL) with a hardness of 32 HRC or from carbide, ensures high strength and long service life. Dynamic balancing with a tolerance of G2.5 minimizes vibrations and reduces noise during operation, while the option for repeated sharpening (2–3 times) contributes to economic efficiency.
