    Bohužel patentovaný systém klipu přestal plnit svou funkci asi po třech měsících používání .

    Dobrý den. to nás velice mrzí, ale není nic snazšího než poslat vadný kus a obratem vyměníme za nový, žádné poštovné samozřejmě účtováno nebude. Je to bráno jako reklamace a v tom případě je vše na nás. Není v tom žádný problém. Ještě jednou se omlouvám pokud jsme Vám tím způsobili potíže. Děkuji za pochopení.
