Sili, Adhesive Set
is the perfect dispenser for your wood glues. Simply pour or squeeze more glue into the reservoir than you need, and dip the comb/spatula or one of the Sili brushes into the glue. Once you’ve finished applying the glue, you can pour the remaining glue back into the glue bottle using the funnel-shaped opening on the tray.
This set is made of silicone rubber, which makes it very easy to clean. You can clean everything with just warm water, or you can let the glue dry. Once dry, the glue residue simply peels off the non-stick material, and the set is ready for the next job.
Sili Glue Brushes
come in two different sizes. The smaller brush is 1.25 cm wide, and the larger one is 2.54 cm wide. The smaller brush is ideal for applying glue to narrow strips and makes it easier to work with smaller parts. The larger brush is ideal for applying glue to larger areas. Each bristle is made of silicone and is easy to clean with warm water.
Spatula tip
At the other end of the handle is a spreading blade that allows you to reach into really tight spaces, such as gear joints. This end also features a unique rest that keeps the blade off the work surface when not in use.
What if you need to apply glue to larger areas?
The set includes a handy comb/spatula! Thanks to its width of about 8.5 cm, the comb side is ideal for larger areas. For example, when you need to glue two pieces of wood together. The comb leaves perfect grooves in the glue for better coverage and adhesion.
The other side of the spatula is about 5.5 cm wide and applies glue in a continuous layer.
If you don't have time or simply prefer to, you can let the glue dry. Once the glue on the Sili Brush has dried, simply peel it off.
