Saw blades for cross-cutting
Cross-cut saw blades are adapted for cutting beams, battens, planks and all cutting perpendicular to the grain. Cross-cut saw blades have finer toothing, which makes the cuts smoother and cleaner. For the most beautiful finishes, choose thinner saw blades. These ensure very precise cuts without much material removal.
For cutting parallel to the grain, get saw blades for longitudinal cutting of wood or choose a universal blade for both longitudinal and transverse cuts.
