    Strengths of the template

    The Milescraft EuroHingeJig drilling template ensures that 35 mm cup hinges fit perfectly every time. After installation, the door closes straight, the gaps are even, and the hinges are neither “sunken” nor protruding toward the edge.

    Place the jig directly on the door, set the cup offset and distance from the edge, and drill through the metal guide sleeve, which keeps the 35 mm drill bit centered. The result is a clean hole without tearing or the drill bit slipping.

    Pilot hole guides are integrated into the template body, so the hinge sits exactly where it should. A removable marking guide then allows you to transfer the hinge centerline to the cabinet body or front frame without having to measure and mark again.
