It cuts particleboard, Multiplex, multilayer and three-layer materials, OSB, gypsum board, cement board, plywood as accurately as it cuts engineered wood, Plexiglas, aluminum, aluminum profiles, laminate and flooring.

    Mafell - MT 55 plunge saw with scoring function.

    When it comes to precision cutting, the Mafell MT 55 cc is not just another plunge saw on the market. This machine brings craftsmen revolutionary technologies and features that guarantee uncompromising results even under the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its innovative scoring system and outstanding CUprex-Compact motor, the saw delivers performance on par with stationary machines while offering the mobility and flexibility of a handheld saw.

    Mafell | Plunge saw MT 55 with pre-cut function

    Cutting depth up to 55 mm.

    With a 0° perpendicular cut, a cutting depth of up to 57 mm can be achieved. Thanks to the tilting system, even angled cuts have virtually no limits. At 45°, the cutting depth is still 40.5 mm (this value applies without the use of a guide rail).

    Compatibility with guide rails.

    For even greater flexibility, the saw can be used with Festool or Bosch guide rails.

    With or without a guide rail?

    The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimeter precision. Whether with or without the guide rail, a simple turn of the indicator always shows the exact position of the blade.

    Easy blade replacement.

     Simply press the button and lift the lever. The housing opens, and the blade can be replaced very quickly. When the housing is open, the power switch and the saw blade spindle are automatically locked.
