Two cutting methods in one machine

It is precisely this ability to choose the cutting method that makes the ERIKA 85 a versatile saw for both the workshop and the construction site.

For rip cuts, secure the saw unit in the desired position and guide the material across the blade along the fence, just like on a conventional table saw.

For cross cuts, the material remains on the table, and you pull the saw unit through the workpiece. This method is particularly advantageous when you need to precisely cut wider material to length or make the same cuts repeatedly.

So you don’t have to choose between a table saw and a crosscut saw—the ERIKA handles both cutting methods in a single machine.

Precision Starts with the Saw’s Guidance

ERIKA’s entire saw unit moves along a pair of sturdy, ground guide rails. It is precisely this rigid and precise guidance that forms the basis of the downcut and helps keep the saw on the correct path throughout the entire length of the cut.

You’ll really appreciate this advantage when precision and repeatability matter most—for crosscuts, bevel cuts, or when producing multiple identical parts that must fit together precisely.

The equipment also includes a multifunctional MFA stop with a fine-graded angle scale, so the ERIKA is not only for quickly cutting material but also for precise joinery and assembly cuts.

2,500 W and a speed that adjusts based on what you're cutting

The 2500 W CUprex motor delivers the power needed even for cutting thicker solid materials.

The speed can be continuously adjusted between 2,050 and 4,300 rpm, so you can adapt the saw—along with the appropriate saw blade—to various materials.

The ERIKA 85 is therefore not just a saw for solid wood. It can be used, for example, on:

• solid wood
• panel materials
• plywood
• hardwood flooring and laminate
• plastics
• aluminum profiles

The ability to adjust the speed is particularly important when working with plastics and aluminum, where it is not advisable to use the same method as for standard wood cutting.

You don't have to carry 40 kg by hand after construction

The ERIKA 85 weighs 40 kg, including the multifunctional stop, which is commensurate with the machine’s size and sturdiness.

For this reason, the rear legs are equipped with transport wheels. You can simply tilt the saw and move it to the next workstation, instead of having to lift the entire unit every time you move it.

After use, you can fold the Quickstand back against the machine, so the saw takes up significantly less space during transport and storage than a traditional table saw with a fixed base.

Sawdust Has a Place to Go

ERIKA uses an integrated exhaust channel that directs the sawdust generated toward the rear, where it is extracted.

When connected to a suitable vacuum cleaner, the work area stays cleaner, and you also have a better view of the material and the cutting line.

The diameter of the extraction port is 58 mm.
