The black anodized finish sets the PRO model apart
The Velocity PRO uses the same basic multi-position design as the corresponding Velocity models. The main difference is the black anodized finish and the pre-installed mount for the AirDeck workstation.
Anodizing is not a layer of applied paint, but a surface treatment of the aluminum itself. It gives the ladder a uniform black appearance suitable for professional operations, installation companies, service centers, or presentation areas.
6 positions for various work situations
You can adapt the Little Giant Velocity to whatever job you need to do. From a single frame, you can create a stepladder, a support ladder, an extension ladder, a staircase configuration, a 90° position, or a base for work scaffolding.
This means you don’t have to store and transport several separate ladders. You simply adjust the position and length of a single model based on the height and location of the job.
Get Closer to the Work Area
Traditional stepladders can push you too far away from the wall. In the 90° configuration, one side of the Velocity can be positioned nearly perpendicular to the wall, allowing you to get closer to vertical surfaces.
This position is useful, for example, when drilling, mounting shelves, installing lighting, or working along a wall.
On stairs without temporary shims
In stepladder mode, you can adjust each side to a different length. This allows you to adapt the Velocity to the individual levels of the staircase without having to prop up one side of the ladder with makeshift objects.
The staircase configuration is practical for painting, wall maintenance, installing light fixtures, or performing maintenance work above the stairs.
AIR ports add practical accessories to the ladder
The Velocity PRO features integrated AIR ports at the top of the frame, to which compatible Little Giant accessories can be connected. The AirDeck Workstation is the most useful of these—it functions as both an additional handrail and an organizer for tools, fasteners, or paint containers.
You can quickly adjust the height to suit the specific task
Side locks allow youto release the telescoping sections of the ladder, extend them to the desired length, and securely lock them back in place. This makes it easy to adjust the Velocity’s height to suit the specific location—whether you’re working as if on a stepladder, on stairs, or need a longer reach in the extended position.
Adjustments are tool-free, so you don’t have to spend time reconfiguring the entire ladder when your work situation changes.
A wider base for greater stability
The extended stabilizers increase the ladder’s support width and help limit lateral movement of the structure. You’ll especially notice the benefits of these features with taller models and when working at greater extension.
The Velocity is designed for level and sufficiently firm ground. If you regularly work on slopes or uneven terrain, the Leveler model with integrated leveling legs is a better choice.
From a single ladder to a base for work scaffolding
The Velocity can be disassembled and, with the appropriate trestle brackets and a work platform, used as the base for a work scaffold. This configuration is suitable, for example, when you need a longer work surface for painting or assembly work.
The trestle brackets and the walkway platform are not included in the ladder’s standard package and must be ordered separately.
Less space required for transport and storage
You can fold the Velocity into a compact transport configuration without having to separate its individual parts. This makes it easier to store the ladder in a workshop, warehouse, or van, and it’s quickly ready to unfold for your next job.
Tip & Glide Casters
The M17, M22, and M26 models are equipped with Tip & Glide transport wheels. You can tilt the ladder and roll it across a flat surface to the next work site instead of carrying its entire weight in your hands.
