    (Maximum) standing height

    This is the highest position of the ladder where a person can safely stand.


    Maximum reach

    This is the highest position of the ladder in the upright position plus 2 m (a 170 cm person with a vertical reach of 30 cm).


    Clear internal width

    The distance between the inner flanges of the ladder’s side rails.


    Rung width

    The width of a single rung.


    Rung depth

    The depth of a single rung. (Rounded to the nearest centimeter).


    Depth of double rung

    Depth of two overlapping rungs. (Rounded to the nearest centimeter).


    Top width

    Width at the top of the ladder.


    Base width

    Total width across the ladder feet. (Rounded to the nearest centimeter).


    Base depth
