Japanese Dozuki hand saws have particularly thin saw blades and very fine teeth. These hand saws are used for the finest cross cuts. Dozuki saws are used for precision mitre joints. This saw does not have a spine reinforcement to ensure sufficient blade stability. It is designed for experienced users.
The cross-cut teeth are ground into a trapezoid (so-called diamond cut) and cut the fibre like a razor blade. The last tooth is always parallel with a small flat at the end of the saw blade for fine finishing of the cut.
Handle - wooden riveted for comfort and grip.

Recommended for: harder/softest woods, very fine saw cuts, the most precise finish possible, detail work.
