The Flex SBG 4910 metal band saw is equipped with a swinging saw arm and offers two band speeds for cutting a variety of materials such as solid and hollow sections in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the cutting angle from 0 to 45°, it is very flexible and allows straight and angled cuts. The machine is designed to allow manual cutting without a table, which increases its versatility.

The saw has a 3-point saw blade guide with ball bearings, which ensures optimal cutting progress.

Use:

• 2 belt speeds: for cutting solid and hollow profiles
• Recommended belt speeds: grade I - full steel, stainless steel, aluminum material. Grade II - steel, stainless steel, aluminium tubes
• Cutting options without table: 90° straight cut, round and square profile max. 80 mm, rectangular cross cut max. 100 x 80 mm, free 150 x 80 mm
• Smooth, tool-free adjustment at cutting angles from 0 to 45°.
• With workbench, easy handling for manual use
