With a traditional brazed cutter, the cutting diameter is reduced against the bearing during sharpening and this causes a tooth to form. The razor cutter eliminates this phenomenon with precisely aligned exchangeable razor blades that can also be rotated. For milling Corian, it is possible to purchase a straight or tapered bearing with a plastic ring to ensure precise guidance through the material.

CMT cutters have long-lasting HM blades, are precision sharpened, and are suitable for milling softwood, hardwood, glulam, DTD, laminate, MDF and Corian. Also suitable for CNC machining.

The sharpening of the cutter face allows deep drilling operations.
