    Product detailed description

    Special heat treatment processes provide unique solutions for surface hardening of stainless steels. These processes improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of these materials while maintaining their corrosion resistance.

    • Length tolerance +/- 0.15 per 300 mm
    • Pitch 1.0 mm on top edge
    • Spacing 0.5 mm on the lower edge
    • On the back of the conversion table from inches to millimeters and thread hole dimensions.
    • The hard stainless steel finish provides its surface with excellent durability and prevents glare on the scale for high legibility.
    • The etching + plating treatment does not reduce performance even under severe conditions of use.
    • Hanging hole at the end
    • The processed parts have visual colour stability and dimensional stability.
    • No further processing is required.
    • There is no risk of peeling of the layer.
    • The magnetic properties of austenitic materials remain unchanged after processing.
    • Elimination of abrasion and galling.

    Made in Japan.
