This sealant offers high chemical resistance to fuels, oils and other liquids, making it ideal for a variety of repairs on both metal and plastic tanks.

Features and Specifications:

Use: Primarily intended for repairing fuel tanks, oil pans, storage tanks and similar metal or plastic surfaces that come in contact with fuels or chemicals.
Chemical Resistance: Sealant is resistant to gasoline, diesel, water, oil, hydraulic fluids and other chemicals.
Two-Component System: Consists of two components that must be mixed before application, which provides a strong and durable bond.
Temperature Resistance: Sealant can withstand high temperatures, up to approximately 300°F (149°C).
Strength: After curing, sealant can be sanded, drilled or cut. It forms a very strong bond with a tensile strength of up to 3,950 PSI.
Processing Time: After mixing the ingredients, the processing time is approximately 5 minutes, and full cure is achieved after approximately 1 hour.
Color After Cure: Gray.

Use:

1. It is important to thoroughly clean and degrease the area to be repaired before application.
2. Mix the two ingredients to create a homogeneous paste that you apply directly to the damaged area.
3. Allow to cure for the recommended hour before full load.
