IGM | FK650 Template for kitchen countertop joints 650mm

How the template works:

The FK 650 template helps you guide the router exactly where you need it to go so that the joints between the two kitchen countertops fit perfectly. It's ideal for joining boards at right angles (for example, when creating corner kitchens) or at 45° angles, for example, when you want to create neat angled corners.

You don't have to be a professional to achieve great results with this template. Just follow the included step-by-step instructions. The whole process, from setting up the template to completing the join, will take you about 20 minutes, depending on your skill level.

What you'll need to get the job done:

• Top Milling Machine (we recommend at least 1600 W) to help you create precise cuts in the board.
• Copy Ring with 30 mm diameter: This tool guides the milling machine exactly according to the template.
• 12 mm grooving cutter, which makes clean and precise joints between boards.
• 3 #20 slats.
• 4mm template cutter or laminating cutter.
• clamps to clamp the template to the board so it doesn't shift during the job.
• Adhesive and silicone: They will help you seal and stiffen the joint even more, especially if you are working with dark boards, use colored silicone.
